We invite you to share your creations with us via email, and we may feature your work on our website! We also welcome all feedback—whether positive or negative—because your opinions matter to us.

**Return/Refund Policy:**
We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. As a small team, we occasionally make mistakes. To request a refund or return, please email us with your order date, order number, details of your purchase, and a description of the issue with attached photos. We will address your concerns promptly.

**Clearance Items:**
Items on clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. They are also not eligible for additional discounts or promo codes.

**Retreats:**
All deposits and payments for retreats are non-refundable due to commitments made for accommodations and excursions. However, if you encounter an extenuating circumstance, please contact us so we can discuss possible solutions.

**Rewards Points:**
Rewards points are valid for 18 months from the date they are earned. Points not used within this period will expire.

**Policy Changes:**
KINGDOM 24 ART reserves the right to update policies without prior notice. Changes may occur due to updates from third-party apps or the Shopify network.
